Enliven your immuity and strengthen your health, heart and hope in this creative online course with storytellers Nancy Mellon and Ashley Ramsden.
Where are the well-springs of our immune system, and how can we keep their sustaining powers in optimal health? The immune system has kept us alive since our very beginnings, and yet few of us know much about its workings and wisdom. Equipping ourselves with the knowledge and insights of science, medicine and story reconnects us to the innate strength that lives in these ever-evolving centres of physical/spiritual replenishment.
During these sessions we will share with you vital information, imaginations and practices to inspire and fortify well-being.
Each session will include playful, collaborative exercises and practices to deepen understanding.
Nancy Mellon and Ashley Ramsden worked together for seven years as colleagues at Emerson College UK to bring eastern and western wisdom of the body together with story dynamics. This resulted in the award- winning book Body Eloquence (Energy Psychology Press 2010). They again are offering hope and heart to people worldwide in response to the bewilderment and fears of the current pandemic.
Ashley Ramsden is the founding director of the School of Storytelling, (UK) the longest running centre of its kind. For over thirty years he has given courses and workshops and performed at countless venues and storytelling festivals throughout the world. www.ashleyramsden.com
