Bread is more than just flour and water; it has a cultural significance which extends beyond the basic necessities of life.
This course will look at the magical process of making bread from growing grain through to making your own bread oven and baking your loaf. We will explore the cultural significance of bread with stories and folklore. This is a course for all comers, with a special welcome for teachers.
