In search of a deeper breath, a deeper self with Ashley Ramsden and Olivia Olsen.
“Listen are you breathing just a little and calling it a life?” Mary Oliver
When I speak my breath carries everything I say and am.
This mostly happens unconsciously. But what would happen if I gave myself the space to breathe more deeply? Invaluable things await me there. Greater confidence, the ability to be more present for myself and others; even a voice that has integrity, strength, connectedness.
On this weekend you will receive individual coaching to help you inhabit your body and your breath in ways that will benefit you whatever your occupation.
Working with your pure presence in the presence of others, with what comes up in moments of tension, your relationship to your voice and the images you have built about yourself we will invite you to breathe into places where your breath has perhaps never been before.
For anyone needing to breathe deeper: people involved in presentation skills, storytellers, actors, executives and 9 billion others suffering from stress.
No experience necessary. We all have plenty!
