It's My Life!
An orientation Course in Anthroposophy at Emerson College
January-June 2012
A six month course designed to enrich and nourish body, soul and spirit through:
- Group study and conversation
- Lectures and workshops
- Fine arts and handcrafts
- Creative writing and poetry
- Individual research projects
Life is a gift - a tremendous freedom to live, learn and contribute to the cultural stream of our time.
But life can also be fraught with problems and challenging questions. Anthroposophy provides the soul and spiritual understanding than can transform crisis into opportunity.
It's your life - Make the most of it!
The programme offers courses, workshops and time for individual research projects. Courses will include studies on world evolution; history of art and culture; mythology; the human being - our relationship to nature and to the spirit; your own life and destiny.
Workshops wil include:
- Rudolf Steiner's four Mystery Dramas with Trevor Dance/Sarah Kane
- Goethe's Colour phenomena and experiments with Jonathan Soper
- Interior colour design with Robert Lord
- Personal life phases, planetary rythms and destiny questions with Gill Mchattie
- Geometry of crop circles with Nick Kellerstrom
Individual research projects:
- Time to find your own questions, themes and interests
- Processes to deepen your life path or vocation
- Format to suit your strength and skills
An extensive library and full mentor/tutorial support available
