Emerson College is a registered charity and, as an independent adult education institution, we want to be as inclusive as possible and continue to accept a wide-range of international students. We are not only a College but also a living and working community; many activities do provide an income, but our students find it increasingly hard to meet the full costs of their programmes and subsistence, and we would like you to help us to support them.
Our work is made possible through the support of many people who volunteer their time and expertise; we also rely on donations and loans of funds to maintain the buildings and our beautiful grounds.
Donating to Emerson
Every amount you donate to Emerson College, however small, will help us:
• offer affordable prices to students for their courses, accommodation and meals
• maintain and renew our ageing buildings
• develop new courses
• support volunteers who give their time to help with practical work on the site
We are extremely grateful to Mira Showers Ltd for enabling the college to provide shower facilities for disabled visitors. Also to Mid-Sussex Timber for providing paving products for Emerson's Biodynamic Garden.
There are three ways that you can help:
1/ The Community Support Scheme
Join the Worldwide Emerson Community and become part of the monthly support group. We can all help to keep Emerson bright and buzzing for many future generations. The more people join – the deeper is the foundation it provides! The Community Support scheme is based on the idea that charitable places can be carried by a large community. It is not a membership and will not give you any special benefits in return, except a feeling of connection and a warm heart!

3/ Investing in Emerson - offering low interest loans
Do you have funds which you do not wish to donate, but can allow us to use for a few years?
