Emerson Bursary Fund Appeal
‘It is important that we discover an educational method where people learn to learn and go on learning their whole lives.' - Rudolf Steiner
Would you like to help make this kind of education more accessible for all?
Learning to learn changes lives. Past Emerson students often describe their time at Emerson as a time of transformation, an experience of learning that has helped them to find their life's path and to shape their lives and work.
Our vision: is to enable students from all walks of life to have access to the transformative learning that we specialise in here at Emerson.
Our challenge: not everyone has the financial resources available to commit to learning especially the young people who are still finding their feet and those involved in activism and voluntary work. We believe that this should not be a barrier and that learning should be accessible to all.
Our plan: to develop an integrated bursary fund that can be awarded to students looking to attend any Emerson Courses. Thus helping to overcome one of the main barriers in enabling people to undertake this kind of transformative learning.

Why is this important?
Emerson College has been enabling students to find their path in the world for 57 years. At a time when there is growing awareness in Society of the need for new ways of living and working in the world, in harmony with the environment and evolution of the Earth, we believe that Anthroposophy has much to offer new generations of students.
We need to be able to meet the needs of people who awake to the crises the world is suffering. We need to make it possible for those looking to create positive change in the world to come and study at Emerson.
You can help us to create this vision and invest in future generations by supporting our bursary fund.
Be an ambassador for this project, passing the message on and explaining to others why it is so important.
